Fleur d’ été was established in Tokyo in 2014.The chef-owner Natsuko Shoji, honed her culinary skills at restaurant Daikanyama “Le Jude de Lachette”, Michelin starred French fine dining restaurant before embarking on her venture to create été.
été insists to use only seasonal and fresh fruits with uncompromising attention because the coffret conveys not only the taste but the emotion of a special moment, whether it is an anniversary of a lover, or a sympathy for a nuisance.
à nu is very honoured to collaborate with été to bring this worthwhile patisserie to customer’s table. We serve it here at à nu in our tasting menu’s dessert or as a whole cake for special occasion.
